🕒 Arrival time
Please arrive 30 minutes before departure, with your ID or permit.
⚠️ To ensure the smooth running of the tours, latecomers will not be accepted.

Helmets, gloves and hairnets are provided for a comfortable and safe experience.
🔁 Modification or cancellation
You can modify or cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the activity.

How long does the quad ride last?
- Our walks last approximately 1.5 hours, including photo breaks.
- A safety briefing is mandatory before departure: plan to arrive 30 minutes in advance.
Do you need a license to drive a quad bike? How old do you have to be?
- No license is required to drive our electric quads, but the BSR is mandatory.
- The minimum age requirement is 16 years for the driver.
What documents do I need to provide for the quad ride?
To participate, you must present:
- A valid ID document (ID card or passport)
- Sign a liability waiver before departure.
When should I arrive for my quad ride?
Plan to be present 30 minutes before departure to finalize formalities and attend the mandatory safety briefing .
What equipment is included?
We provide everything you need for your safety:
✅ Protective helmet
✅ Gloves
✅ Hygienic cap (for helmet hygiene)
To plan on your side:
Suitable clothing (long sleeves recommended) and closed shoes are required.
What is the maximum number of quads per ride?
We limit each session to 2 quads to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Is a deposit required before the ride?
No deposit is required to participate in the activity.
In the event of an accident:
- For minor damage (less than €1,500):
You will be charged the cost of the damaged parts plus €350 for repair costs. - For significant damage (exceeding the insurance excess of €1,500):
A security deposit of €1,500 will be requested immediately.
Any situation will be handled with transparency and support from our team.
We recommend that you drive carefully to fully enjoy your experience.
What if the weather is bad?

⚡ Dangerous conditions (thunderstorms, strong winds, etc.):
- We are forced to cancel or postpone the ride for your safety.
- You will be contacted to reschedule your session
